Heating repair
No heat, or no hot water? We repair furnaces, boilers, water heaters and gas, propane and oil systems from any major brand, and we have been fixing heat since 2002.
Air conditioning maintenance
Before the first hot week, we clean, test and inspect your air conditioning so it is ready for summer. If we find a potential issue, we tell you and give you options.
Ductless mini splits
No ducts, no problem. A mini split cools the rooms you choose, quietly, and heats them too, down to -5°F. We are a Mitsubishi Electric Diamond Contractor.
Advanced heat pumps
An Ecoer central heat pump heats your home even at -20°F and cools it on the warmest days, with no fossil fuel. Its controls let us monitor it and catch a problem before it becomes a breakdown.
One call, all year
Heating, cooling or hot water, in any season: tell our assistant what is going on and it will pass it to the team, or call the office.

Furnace died on a cold New Years Eve and Josh was able to diagnose and repair our furnace within a few hours. Excellent service, very responsive, our first call for any HVAC needs.

I can't say enough about this company! Prompt response to my original inquiry, answered all my questions when stopping by to discuss and later quote me for an install, the install was flawless and meticulous. Josh was great to interact with and Jessica always had quick answers to anything I might think of. I am feeling totally spoiled this summer with our new, whisper quiet mini splits! I especially love how Josh made the exterior of the house look nice and neat and was so mindful of how he put up the duct work. Thank you guys so much!

Every once in awhile you find a gem. This company was it! I had a boiler that was out and serviced by another company and told they could but fix it and it needed another part. Stated they needed to order it. After they left we had sub zero temps and no heat or hot water. Next day....Putting a plea out to Facebook desperate for help feeling like something did not add up; comfort matters called me and came out within the hour. That was great but greater was that he fixed the problem within 15 minutes. This was on a Sunday. It did NOT need another part and he figured it out almost immediately. Josh was nothing short of incredible and I could not wait to come and write a review; so others who feel like they can’t get answers can know who to call.

Comfort Matters is a family-run company. Brent Kilgore and Josh Rose have 35 years of HVAC experience between them, and in 2019, after years at other HVAC companies, they started their own. Jess Rose answers the phone and books the appointments.
