I can't say enough about this company! Prompt response to my original inquiry, answered all my questions when stopping by to discuss and later quote me for an install, the install was flawless and meticulous. Josh was great to interact with and Jessica always had quick answers to anything I might think of. I am feeling totally spoiled this summer with our new, whisper quiet mini splits! I especially love how Josh made the exterior of the house look nice and neat and was so mindful of how he put up the duct work. Thank you guys so much!

I'm relatively new to NH and honestly, I've had many bad experiences with contractors around the area. We moved into a house that was left to us by a late family member. The duct work was horrific; the duct was low quality and very inefficient. I called several other companies before I ran across CM. Josh and Jess were both very professional and listened to our immediate needs and future needs. Last fall they installed new duct work from top to bottom. They prepared the duct work for eventually adding a condenser outside to give us A/C in the summer. For what they did last fall, it was so efficient that we didn't even go through half a tank of oil. This was a first, as my late mother-in-law filled up several tanks in the winter. We cannot wait for them to come back this summer and add A/C to our system as well as some mini splits. I would highly recommend them! I will be using them for all my heating and cooling needs! -Mitch Q

I had an amazing experience with Comfort Matters. Jess responded to my messages on the weekend and got me all set up for an early appointment on Monday to make sure my heating system was all set after some issues over the weekend. She was super nice and very responsive. James came and was so informative. Walked me through everything, answered all my questions and was just truly kind! (plus, he didn’t judge my basement of spiderwebs 😊) I cannot wait to use this team again for a quote on mini splits as well as I have been searching for a local company. Highly recommend this team!

Josh and Mark were awesome to work with. My wife and I were very impressed by their punctuality, job site cleanliness, and the way they kept us in the loop the entire time. Josh structure our boiler repair in a way that kept our hot water on pretty much the entire time which made the process super convenient for our family. After watching the two of them install the system I immediately recognized the pride both Josh and Mark took in their work. That’s been a tough attribute to find in service providers these days. I don’t write many reviews however Comfort Matters provided service that was above expectation and we felt like we got a great value.

Josh and Mark were absolutely amazing. The house we moved into in 2020 didn't properly install the radiant heating system, which made it so one of the zones never heated up and constantly ran our propane. We were spending up to $600 a month on our heat in the winters. We just had out first propane fill up after Josh and Mark fixed the system and our bill is $300! We highly recommend Comfort Matters. Professional and very knowledgeable!

Josh installed a Mitsubishi mini split system with three heads at my house about one month ago and I was very happy with the service he provided. Starting with the quote process, he was at my house when he said he would be and I got the quote in a timely manner unlike some other HVAC companies. His work was excellent, and he finished the job on time. I love the Mitsubishi system and I am ready for the hot weather to come. I will definitely use Comfort Matters in the future and I highly recommend them.

Let me start off by saying the mini splits Josh and Mark at comfort matters installed for us have made this summer life changing! Look. I’m sure everyone has experienced what it’s like to lose faith in the trades nowadays, with how many of them flake out, cut corners, make excuses…flat out lie. Josh and his team are bringing my faith back. They were by my side guiding and leading me through every single aspect from the first phone call. I won’t ever trust another company than them to do work for me in the future. I hope to God that more people can learn about this company and feel comfortable knowing that their heating and cooling needs are going to be attended to. Heating and cooling are two of the most essential things, not only to happiness but to health and this company knows that when it comes to a happy and healthy life, comfort matters.

IMMEDIATE HOLIDAY CALL RESPONSE. We woke up without heat on the morning of Thanksgiving and called Comfort Matters for assistance. They arrived before 8:00AM to troubleshoot the underlying issue and, because the issue was caused by a minor product manufacturing defect, made the necessary repair at no additional cost. At a time when it mattered most, Comfort Matters lived up to their commitment of providing a timely, professional, and quality service to keep our family comfortable during the Thanksgiving holiday. I would highly recommend Comfort Matters Heating and Cooling. They are a family owned business and extremely professional, responsive and does excellent work. My water heater wasn't working and we had family over for the weekend and no hot water. I placed a call to Jessica on Sunday morning and even though she was out of town on vacation, she was able to connect with Josh and schedule him to come out and fix the issue so we had hot water! I would highly recommend Josh and Jessica at Comfort Matters Heating and Cooling!

Comfort Matters is absolutely amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. The are smart, caring and take pride in their work. My water heater went last week. They came to take a look the next day and hand a new one installed the following day. With two small babies, baths to be given, laundry to be done, and dishes to clean I am so grateful to have been helped so quickly. The give reminder calls for the appointment and when they are on their way so you can know when to expect their arrival. 10/10 would highly recommend for and heating/cooling/ or water heater replacing needs. (They also came to inspect our furnace last fall :) )

Josh recently installed a central air system in our home. He and Jessie are a pleasure to work with -- Josh explained everything to my husband and me and we both understand how the system works through all seasons. He is great at communicating what to expect and works extremely hard to get the job done quickly. He also does a great job cleaning up each day, which is such a nice thing! The whole process was totally stress free for us! We'll definitely continue using Josh's services in the future.

We use Comfort Matters for all of our heating and cooling needs on our jobs and our personal properties. Josh let's us know when he will arrive, explains to us and our customers what he will be doing and when he is expected to be completed. Every once in awhile you find a gem. This company was it! I had a boiler that was out and serviced by another company and told they could but fix it and it needed another part. Stated they needed to order it. After they left we had sub zero temps and no heat or hot water. Next day....Putting a plea out to Facebook desperate for help feeling like something did not add up; comfort matters called me and came out within the hour. That was great but greater was that he fixed the problem within 15 minutes. This was on a Sunday. It did NOT need another part and he figured it out almost immediately. Josh was nothing short of incredible and I could not wait to come and write a review; so others who feel like they can’t get answers can know who to call.
